Inspiration Challenge
Do you have a passion for innovation and a solution that could change the biogases industry? Are you ready to share your groundbreaking idea in front of a wide audience and receive valuable feedback?
Look no further: the EBA Inspiration Challenge is an initiative organised during the European Biogas Conference as part of the European Biomethane Week.
This short session is organised in a “pitch” format, with participants presenting inspirational ideas in a short timeframe in front of a live audience. EBA is looking for the best inspirational ideas that push boundaries and have the potential to make a lasting impact.
We invite proposals from companies or projects that are advancing sustainability across any stage of the biogas value chain. Whether you are a newcomer or a project at an early commercialization stage (TRL 6), your idea could be the one to change the game.
Who can apply?
- Any company or individuals from the biogases value chain, EBA and non EBA members.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to register and attend the conference in Brussels in order to participate in the final election process.
How to apply
- Submit your idea proposal.
- Idea proposal review: An expert panel will review all submissions and select the top entries.
- By submitting your application, you acknowledge and accept the decisions and criteria set by the jury—a panel of experts drawn from independent organizations, entirely separate from the EBA Secretariat.
- Inspiration Challenge session: 5 short-listed candidates will be invited to present their ideas in front of a live audience during the second day of the European Biogas Conference.
Presentation Session (35′)
- Intro: Presentation of the 5 short-listed candidates.
- Presentations: The candidates will present their ideas in no more than 3 minutes.
- Questions: A Q&A session will be organised.
- Vote: The audience will vote for their preferred proposal via via an online platform and select a winner. The prize will be a symbolic recognition.
