Is the Sip & Spark: The Biomethane Social included in my conference ticket?
No, the Sip & Spark: The Biomethane Social is not included in the standard conference ticket. It must be purchased separately.
Places are limited and subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure your spot.
Where and when will the Sip & Spark: The Biomethane Social take place?
The Sip & Spark welcome cocktail will be held at the Rooftop 58 (Rue de l’Evêque 1, 1000 Bruxelles) in the very heart of Brussels.
The event begins at 6:00 PM on Monday, 12 October 2026.
Can I leave my luggage in the cloakroom?
Yes, a cloakroom will be available on site where you can leave your luggage and personal items during the Conference, the Masterclass and the Welcome Cocktail.

Who is entitled to a discount?
Only EBA members are entitled to a discount. In case of doubt please contact the EBA secretariat to avoid selecting the wrong category when you buy your ticket, or check the corporate and research or national associations lists.
Is there a limit to the number of registrations per company?
There is no limit to the number of registrations per company to any of the European Biomethane Week events.
Can I receive the list of participants or connect with participants before the event?
Registered participants will have the possibility to join the event congress platform and to connect with other participants.
I cannot attend both days. Can I register only for one day?
Registration for the conference includes the 2-days conference. It is not possible to register for one day only.
I cannot attend both days. Can I share my badge with a colleague?
It is not possible to split registrations.
Is there preferred accommodation I can book?
