For participants travelling to Brussels, we are pleased to suggest a few hotels that offer convenient access to the city and the conference venue. Please follow the link for more information and reserve you accommodation HERE.

• Few days before the conference, registered participants will receive an email with a QR code to be presented at the registration desk to generate the badge. Upon arrival, participants will be asked to present the QR code. The badge will be printed on-site.
• To enter the venue, all participants will have to pass through a security check, therefore, participants are requested to arrive at the venue at least 15-30 minutes before the start of the conference and prepare the registration confirmation email received.
•  A cloakroom will be available next to the registration desk. It will be always under surveillance during the conference.
