Rosa Altisent Rosell is a PhD Agricultural Engineer (2010) from University of Lleida. She carried out several courses of management at different business schools: ‘Programme for Management Development’ (ESADE), Strategic Management of the Agri-Food Companies (Universitat de Lleida), among others.
The functions as a General Director of Agriculture and Livestock are to plan and coordinate policies, strategies, programs, and plans related to agriculture and livestock; to plan and coordinate environmental prevention and control actions for activities and projects related to the agricultural sector; to regulate agricultural and livestock production; to plan actions related to plant and animal health, and other related functions.
