Lars Aagaard

Minister for Energy, Climate and Utilities in Denmark , Danish Government

Lars Aagaard is the Minister for Climate, Energy, and Utilities of Denmark, a position he has held since December 15, 2022. In his professional career, Minister Aagaard has held a variety of leadership roles. Prior to his current position, he served as the CEO of the Danish Energy Association (now Green Power Denmark) from 2009 to 2022, and as Executive Vice President from 2007 to 2009. Before that, he was Head of Environment and Energy at the Confederation of Danish Industry from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, he briefly served as a senior advisor at Kraka Advisory in late 2022.
