David has a 27-year track record of developing, managing and delivering tailor-made communication services across Europe and the Middle East. He works with European institutions, European advocacy associations, the corporate sector, national governments, international organisations and NGOs. An established moderator, facilitator and mediator, he regularly runs high-level public debates and invite-only EU stakeholder dialogues in Brussels and across Europe on energy, industrial, climate and environmental policy.
