Meet the winners of the EBA Awards 2024

Last week at the #EBAConference 2024, we celebrated pioneers driving innovation in the energy transition and renewables.

Discover the winners of the EBA Awards 2024:

🏆 Green Horizon Narrator Award: CIB - Consorzio Italiano Biogas has a dedicated promotion of the Biogasdoneright® model and the "Farming for Future" project through a variety of events including webinars, field days, and national conventions.

🏆 Safety First Biogas Award: German Biogas Training Network. In 2014, several organisations in the biogas industry, including the Fachverband Biogas e.V. / German Biogas Association, founded the German Training Network Biogas to standardise and improve training for biogas plant operators across Germany.

🏆 Biogas Problem-solver Award: agriportance GmbH software is designed to optimise and support sustainability certification in the biogas sector. It simplifies GHG and mass balance tracking, streamlines data management, and provides specialised training.

🏆 Women Trailblazer Award: Anita Bednarek has nearly 15 years of experience in the agricultural biogas industry. She has significantly influenced biogas policies, co-creating the original biogas law and the 2023 Polish Biogas Act. As a member of expert groups for the Ministries of Agriculture and Climate, she promotes renewable energy, ESG, and energy efficiency.
