Andreas Graf

Andreas Graf is Programme Lead EU Climate & Energy Policy at the think tank Agora Energiewende. In this role he helps to develop evidence-based and politically viable strategies to advance the goal of climate neutrality and leads the organization’s EU policy work on buildings, heating, fossil fuel phase-out and the 2040 climate target. Before joining Agora Energiewende, Andreas worked as a Researcher at the environmental policy consultancy Ecologic Institute in Berlin, the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Energy and the German Bundestag. Andreas Graf studied political science and environmental studies in Germany, the US, Japan, and India.
