How to reach the venue?
22 October – Venue: Comet, Place Stéphanie 20, 1050 Brussels
- Comet is in the Louise area. It is very easy to reach the venue using public transports. The metro Louise is 5 minutes walk (lines 2 & 6) and the tram Stéphanie (lines 8, 92, 93, 97) is 2 minutes walk from the venue.
23-24 October – Venue: The EGG, Rue Bara 175, 1070 Brussels
- The EGG is a 13 minutes walk from the Brussels Midi metro station.
- By car, several public parking slots are available near the venue. Parking options are indicated here.
- From the airport, you can get to the venue by train in about 35 minutes. You can take the train directly inside the airport. Simply follow the signs to -1 floor and get out at Brussels Midi station. Once you arrive at the station, follow the walking path from Brussels Midi station to The EGG Conference Center.

- In Gare du Midi, look for Eurostar Terminal and exit through Rue de France. Check the map here.
Hotel recommendations
EBA has secured a number of rooms in three hotels. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pullman Midi (Place Victor Horta 1, 1060 Brussels – Gare du Midi area, 5 minutes walking to venue). Deadline to book a room with the event fee: 8 October. Link to register
