Who is entitled to a discount?

Only EBA members are entitled to a discount. In case of doubt please contact the EBA secretariat to avoid selecting the wrong category when you buy your ticket, or check the corporate and research or national associations lists.

Is there a limit to the number of registrations per company?

There is no limit to the number of registrations per company to attend the conference. However, for the networking dinner we have set a limit of 2 participants per organisation. In September-October, we will assess the situation, and if possible, accept more registrations from the same company.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

Cancellation is possible if notified until 6 weeks prior to the event. There will be a 100% refund minus 50 euros administrative fee. No refund is possible if notified after 2 September 2025. However, a change of participant can be made.

Can I receive the list of participants or connect with participants before the event?

Registered participants will have the possibility to join the event congress platform and to connect with other participants.

Is it possible to do a group booking?

There is no possibility to do a group booking this year. Participants need to be registered one by one.

I cannot attend both days. Can I register only for one day?

Registration for the conference includes the 2-days conference. It is not possible to register for one day only.

I cannot attend both days. Can I share my badge with a colleague?

It is not possible to split registrations.

Can I buy a ticket and change the participant name later?

Registrations should be purchased with the contact details of the final participant to ensure good communication. However, a change of name could be possible in specific cases.

Is there preferred accommodation I can book?

EBA will secured rooms with a preferential rate in several hotels. Find more info HERE.
