EBA has secured a number of rooms in three hotels. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Best Western Plus Park Hotel Brussels (Avenue De I’Yser 21, 1040 Bruxelles – 4 minutes walking to venue). Deadline to book a room with the event fee: 9^th of June. Complete the form and send it to info@parkhotelbrussels.be.
Sofitel Europe (1 Place Jourdan 1040 Bruxelles – 15 minutes walking to venue). Deadline to book a room with the event fee: 30 August. Complete the form and send it to sophie.galindo@sofitel.com.
Hilton Brussels Grand Place (Carr de l’Europe 3, 1000 Bruxelles – Downtown area, 5 metro stops from Merode). Deadline to book a room with the event fee: 28 September. Link to register.

The week before the conference, registered participants will receive an email with a QR code to be presented at the registration desk to generate the badge. Upon arrival, participants will be asked to present the QR code. The badge will be printed on-site.
To enter the venue, all participants will have to pass through a security check, therefore, participants are requested to arrive at the venue at least 15-30 minutes before the start of the conference and prepare the registration confirmation email received.
A cloakroom will be available next to the registration desk. It will be always under surveillance during the conference.
